How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?
We offer free delivery on all orders over £30. For orders under £30, there's a flat rate delivery charge of £2.99. All orders are dispatched next working day and sent Royal Mail 48hr tracked.
Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes! We offer flexible coffee subscriptions so you never run out of your favourite blend. Choose your preferred coffee, select your delivery frequency (weekly, fortnightly or monthly), and we'll deliver fresh beans straight to your door. You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time. Subscribers also get 10% off every order.
Do you offer corporate gifting or bulk orders?
Yes, we'd love to discuss corporate packages, event catering or bulk orders. Please get in touch via our contact page and we'll create a bespoke package for you.
How should I store my coffee?
Keep your coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Avoid the fridge or freezer as moisture can affect the flavour. We recommend using within 2-3 weeks of opening for optimal flavour, though they'll stay delicious well beyond that.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
We want you to love your coffee. If your order is incorrect, damaged or there is a problem with delivery, please contact us within 14 days so we can put it right for you.
As coffee is a perishable product and we roast fresh to order, we are unable to accept returns. If you want help choosing the best brew for you and getting the most out of your beans, please drop us a line so we can help.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Are you available for hire?
We love getting out and meeting new people! Both Daisy and Clover are available for private hire. We work in London, Surrey and Dorset, but are happy to consider road trips further afield too. We have a strong track record in delivering quality coffee and service at even the busiest of events.
